Got offered this in trade. I know they were big in the late ‘80s/early ‘90s but is there still a market? It’s a 1990 Jackson USA Fusion DK1 Custom Shop Bikini Beach model. If I trade for it, I’d just be flipping it. Is it worth the risk?

Jackson has made some killer graphics series guitars. That one is a little too cheesy in my opinion though. What would you be giving up for it?

He’d also be kicking in a bit of cash (about enough to cover the shipping plus a nice dinner for 2.

My gut tells me you’d sit on the Jackson longer than you’d want or lose $$$ on the deal. Your DC LP will never go out of style and the right buyer will come along if you can be patient.

If you switch to the neck on that bottom one, the switch will look like a dick.

I love Jackson but I would never buy one with such graphics... surely someone will want it to show off on stage but I think you will wait for some time...

From another perspective, it is a custom shop Jackson... fantastic quality... I would may think of giving it a refinish and keep it !

I’m a huge Jackson fan but you’d lose on that one, folks want the Ontario and San Dimas Jackson’s, the early ones
