My Schecter won't stay in tune very well. I think it's the nut but i'm not really sure, maybe one of you guys knows better? When bending any string, that string will go flat, sometimes it'll knock other strings flat too The intonation is a little off too through out the neck even with a proper setup. But then other times it seems OK.

. It's got Grover tuners, which i've used before and haven't had problems with. It's also got a locking Tones pro bridge, so I don't think it's either the bridge or tuners. But I don't know?

Maybe it's a bad nut? poorly cut or cheap?

My money would be on the nut. If you have a good tuner that can show you the cents of the note do these steps:

1. Tune guitar to near perfect pitch.
2. press string behind the nut, pluck sting to see if it's sharp. (if yes, then it's probably a nut issue)
3. Tune guitar again.
4. Bend sting on fretboard, pluck string to see if it is flat. (if yes, then it's probably a nut issue)
