Hi everyone.......

Well.... while im trying to use guitar rig... by a lot of times i get nice results. But i got to maximize a lot the use of noise reduction.

Then i lose some part of the signal, not giving great sound qualities to my records or whatever im going to do.

I've already had a lot of crazy experiences with it, just like some time, that the cable of the guitar suffered interferences, and suddently started to reproduce some local FM radio :wow:

Matter of fact, should i get some specific hardware, to improve the sound quality of the guitar rig? If i shouldn't... what then?

What interface are you using to connect it to the computer?

Sounds like you need a proper audio interface, there are plenty about.
Also if you are having quality problems, try setting it to low res, iturn off the yellow (HI) button top right next to the ouput meter.

A proper interface will solve your problems. Don't do what I did and get something like an i/o26. Overkill. Get something that has a guitar input and a mic input in case you want to record with a microphone. I've had good results with Firewire. Alesis is a good interface maker. I use Alesis i/o26, Guitar Rig 3 and 4, iMac, GarageBand, EZ Drummer and Amplitube.

You need an interface. Something small, either FireWire if your computer has it or USB will be fine.
