So I'm trying to find out some info on the Super Real Project series from 88 to 89...they only ran for one year is that right.....

What sets them apart from the other Greco's (mint collection I'm assuming) from that era?

cant find out too much on the net

Yup, '88-'89 only for higher end hollow body copies such as the ES-175 copy.

I have an RS90 as pictured in the "my other guitars" section.

I remember a post regarding these....Am I correct in saying Gibson actually copied these for their 175 models as the 175's didnt come out until the 2000's right?

You need to see a doctor Ohjay for your GAS before it degenerates to a lasting disease :)

Hi James T - you posted a long time ago re. Greco Super Real Project. I just bought a Greco FA67-75 with an '87 production date on the headstock. Wondering what you know about these guitars? Specifically, what pickups were used in them, what was the build quality like? And since the Super Real & Mint Collection series came much earlier, what was the "Super Real Project" about (see pics)?
