Hello guys
There's a Greco Super Power for sale in my city and will like to ask all you folks
if it's a good deal. This baby has been played!!

I have done some search in the forum and know that these guitars might be chambered and a budget model from the super real series
but i have not seen one with a flame top before (I think it's a veneer) still it's old wood isn't?

How are these compared to epiphones with open book headstock made in japan or elitists?

Here are some pics and the web link
Thanxs in advance

I have a '81 Super Power LS and a LC. Both fine guitars but they both have 3 piece tops and are solid plain tops. I'm not sure what a 2 piece flame top would mean for 1980. Could very well mean hollow topped. Mine have nibs where i don't see them on yours 1980 was a long time ago though. I believe these are Pre-cnc Fujigen made guitars. I have no knowledge of Epiphone Japan made guitars or Elites/Elitists though sorry.
