OK !!! SECOND REPORT INCOMING:
I have now found out this is actually a eg59-60/eg59-600.
The eg59-65 had a flame veneer top, the eg59-70/eg59-700 never had screamers.
I will go to bed a happy :applause:

Haha you finally got it I see, sweet man! Similar to the one I had and recently sold also...I only paid $150 for the one below & I kind of miss it! I am sure I will buy another one down the road...yes, yes I will.

CHEERS UDO MAN!
HI MAN!HOW ARE YOU DOING? HAVE YOU BROUGHT ANY MORE GUITARS IN THE LAST 24 HOURS :)
yeah a nice guitar, wish i paid as little as you did for yours $150,that is the real deal, cheaper than cheap.
Think i paid a little too much for it ,but that is because i am stubborn as a mule.

The other guitar was a fujigen orville ,now that guitar is a real gem,and is now my doodling guitar. it has a stripped top that i was planning to refinish but i kinda like the natural wood look and it is covered in a matt finish.
I will post some pictures soon ,
just about to put some boomers on my greco :dude:

UITA Thanks a lot ,yeah i was a little worried about using SAL for a change,so was really over the moon they arrived safe & sound and quite quickly.it is customs and parcelforce that slows everything down.
We use SAL again ,still no sign of my sea shipment yet.
I like this greco a lot ,just about to put some strings on her and then put here through a few led zeppelin tracks.:dude:

HOPE your new JS custom is fine and dandy, safe and sound.
Will speak to you soon !

Nice one! I like those early Mint Collections from 82-83' . I have a 82' EG59-70,fret edge binding and fat neck. Most of the ones I've had after 83' had slimmer necks and no FEB.

ok!ok! Give me chance rocknroller,Here is the pictures......
as long as it keeps you happy....
It is a 1994 fujigen orville, and at the moment i loving it ,the stripped top in nice and you can really feel the maple cap vibrate ,gives it a really distinct sound, hard to explain, you really need to play it? strum a chord then place you hand on the top anywhere and you will the hear the difference in tone.kinda mutes it slighty?

This orville cost me in your money $234.00 without shipping and duty, about 129.00 uk pounds 18500 japanese yen ,a bargain buy.
The input jack was all cracked and stuck with gaffer tape ,as you can see from the photo,i have removed that sticky mess and have a new one on the way along with some new gold knobs.
ENJOY ROCKNROLLER!!!:dude:

Nice orville, being abit beat up, most ppl would walk straight past it, but if it were me, id make it a project guitar, throw some nice pick ups in it, experiment with afew different things here and there, and u have your self a great playing and sounding guitar plus have fun doing it in the mean time!

Was that top sanded down when you got it?
What serial number is it? fuji or terada?

yes the top was already stripped when i brought it,that is why i brought it i knew it was a fujigen straight away by neck joint and headstock shape, because at the time i saw it on yahoo japan ,there was no info on it,no sellers description,i did not have the serial no or any rear headstock shots to see the serial no.
I was planning to refinish it thats why i got it ,but i like the sound and top that way kinda different to what i have .The only thing that is bugging me is that whoever done the top done a fantastic job,it is really smooth, however he never took the finish off under the god damn poker chip or pickups, the guitar was originally a cherry sunburst ,so lift the pup selector a bit and there is a perfect cherry red circle.arhhhh!!!!!!
This guitar is as good as my ORVILLE BY GIBSON fujigen reissue 94,it feels the same ,sounds simular,a slight bright percussive quality to the sound these fujigens make.a real steal of a deal?
