I remember someone on the Jackson forum talking about these. They are really cheap (like £5 I think they were), so thought I'd have a go with them on my Slammer Series Sunburst.
They didn't look too promising in the packet, I wasn't too impressed.
But they went on easy, and.....you know, I'm pleased! I think they look good! You'd never know these are stickers. :p

I don't know how long they'll last, but at the price they cost, I'll just buy more!

Anyway, here's the pics (before I get to that, does anyone know if the Grover tuners that come on modern Epiphone Les Pauls will fit onto this guitar without much trouble?)

BEFORE!

Wow, that's hilarious. You know, it doesn't look half-bad. You have to feel them when you play, right?

Lol @ Thump.

I imagine you would HAVE to feel them... If they are worth anything they would have some height to them. I should get some for my special II ... o.o :D

You don't actually feel them any worse than other poorly fitted import type fretboard inlays. They're not noticeable when playing, I'm really pleased with them.

Unless they fall off within a week, I think they're great fun!

Wow, and that from the guy who always says swapping out the electronics doesn't make a difference.:laugh2::laugh2:

Now, where did you get that? I came across this Japanese site that sells them, but I didn't bookmark the page and now I can't find it anymore!

You're right - it looks exactly the same in the before and after photos.

My guitars don't act/respond/sound the same after replacing the electronics, either.
How did your stickers affect the tone?

You only get better tone when using the stickers in combination with the headstock mod

Do they seem like they'll stay on well, and do they look convincing up-close?
