Yes we have to see when he can come over to try the amp. For me the 1 watt is better than the 40 watt. Think the 1 watt will be plenty loud.

Yep. 1W into a Greenback and cranked will get you knocks (or banging) on the door.

Good trade, IMHO. The Fender doesn't really do anything but clean real well. The Marshall has more character. Let us know how it works out.

1 watt is very loud at home; the .1 watt is nice

Already have a 20 watt (2061x) and 2 100 watt (1959 super lead, the twin) tube amps
I had another offer of a Vox ac50cp2 but even as that is a beautifull amp.... 50 watt heavy bastard... Nope...probably might do it if the jtm1 will not happen...:facepalm:
I think the jtm1 will be perfect for my use. Simple and practical. I love the ones i have but are limited at the time i can use them (1959 is not used at all ).

Oh well, sadly the guy backend out so my hotrod deluxe is staying for now. Tho i did find a fender bassbreaker 007 with a Vox v112tv cab maybe a nice set? Well not trading for my hotrod... but maybe my epiphone goldtop.... Just not shure but that cab might be usefull with my 2061x too?
Oh just thought i use this thread instead of starting a new one. It is Just another option and thought....

That would be a good set up. The V112TV is 16 ohm which is double the 8 ohm output of the Fender but it will work fine. The manual just says 8 ohm minimum, so no worries there. Will reduce the power output some, though.

That trick works well. That's how I further attenuate some of my amps
