Gibson RD Standard RIs

[Lucky One]

I lucked out. mine are both light. Much lighter than any of my Les Pauls. The natural one especially. I love them. Wonderful guitars.

I had an RD std a million years ago, great axe. But to be clear the active elecs was the "Artist" model.
The reissue is of the standard. I belive that the originals had the sams pickups & controls as the LP std did.

These tended to be a bit on the heavy side but had terrific tone. Like Explorers & reverse body F'birds the shape kinda shifts everything to the left when using a strap so the 1st position is a longer reach.

Thanks, I figured this was the case but I thought somewhere out there someone would still have them, at the normal price, but I guess not.
