Hello,
I own a 2004 flying v like ones of faded but mine has a gloss nitro finish. Fantastic guitar, but it started buzzing on the third and 4th strings and I could not get my head around what was wrong with it because the frets were done by a great luthier and all setup maybe 3 months ago. Then I saw that the bridge was collapsing. I've read about this problem with gibson bridges and would love to replace it with something more rigit to not encounter the same problem after some time. What is a good direct bridge that would not bend and would sound good tone wise?

Faber ABRH or whatever it's called. With a standard Les Paul fretboard radius, that's exactly what I would order. If you can wait until Labor Day, it will likely be on sale for 20% off.

This one.

I also recommend Tone Pros or Faber. Thie locking systems are different if you are interested in those. Niether is better IMO, just different.

Faber is better than tonepros. Just my 2 cents.
