I remember seeing that a while back. It was posted somewhere (can't remember where). If only MLP.com was around back then, he could have got his answers as well been flamed for his questions in only a matter of minutes. Some good questions though.

It's interesting where Gibson CS tries to explain to the good Dr. that tone is subjective.

Henry's response would be something like, Are You Freaking Insane? I don't have time to describe all of this nuance crap! Do me a favor Doc. Buy a freaking Fender will You?
