This forum has a ton of members who are very familiar w/ Gibsons and pricing, and plenty of new folks looking for their first and asking 'Is this a good deal??' Let's help them out.

I love perusing used Gibsons. Even though I'm left handed and wouldn't buy 99% of the used ones I see. But here and there I come across one and I internally remarks 'hmm...that's a pretty good deal'. So I'm going to just post the ones I find. Feel free to do the same!

I will post a link, but also include the year (if given), model and price so we have some historical context. Feel free to join me in this!

To start:

2018 Gibson SG Special (w/ block inlays) - $749

Gibson Les Paul Studio - $799

Gibson SG Classic - $834

Gibson Les Paul Tribute (changed to hum sized P90s) - $749

Gibson '61 SG (based on the headstock, I think this is a true non-Custom Shop USA '61 Reissue' - $999

Gibson LP Studio Faded - $669 (Good price!) -

Gibson LP Studio (looks like a faded model?) $699 -

GIbson LP Classic - $1399

2014 Gibson LPJ (maple neck) - $679

Also, if you see deals that beat these ones above, please post them! The screaming deals usually go quick, so its good to keep things fresh.

Seems like this thread would be best placed one forum ‘higher’! Awesome post.
