Yeah, he's got the chops, voice and stage presence...

Was visiting a friend 10 years ago in North Carolina and had
tickets to a Gibson thing at their Tennessee plant. My friend
didn't want to travel that far so did not get to see him live.

This was just before he hit it big and showed up at Clapton's
Crossroads Festival.

This was the first song I ever heard by him, I became an instant fan.

I got to see him back in 2015 when he opened for Foo Fighters, he killed it, great live performer!

He entertained us at home— was opening for GnR. We lived 5 min walk from an outdoor venue- a horse racing track. We had friends over, drank beer on our patio. After his set we walked down to the rest of the show.

I discovered him on Luke Cage— was wondering ‘what was that?!?’ Cool stuff.

He had a cameo on NCIS New Orleans as a...WHAT?
a musician. He had one line. Seemed natural enough.
He was, of course, playing music, acoustic with a drummer.

I've seen him live twice--Chicago Theatre and Chicago Blues Fest. Both great shows, one of my favorite guitarists/artists
