Hey guys, I’ve got another haul of guitars that I’m looking to trade. I’m primarily looking for guitars and basses, but I also have a serious need for some good studio/recording gear, including a keyboard/midi controller, a good computer (gaming rigs, and high end parts also welcome), something like a Kemper or Axe Fx, maybe some high end decent amps, and Acoustic instruments (acoustic guitar, violin, mandolin, etc.). I’m easy to deal with, so please do not be shy! Message me if you have any ideas whatsoever. Although I’m open to most brands, as far as guitars go, special attention goes to:

Suhr
Anderson
PRS
Fender (serious Tele fever right now - the more Western the better)
Aristides
Strandberg
Mayones
Knaggs
Parker
Jackson/Charvel
ESP (especially USA and Custom Shop)

I have a royal ton of references spanning nearly 10 years on these forums - you’re in the very best of hands. Please send all offers via PM or e-mail: [email protected]

LTD Black Metal Eclipse - 9.7/10 condition

Mahogany Body and Neck
Macassar Ebony Fretboard
24.75" Scale Length
Locking Tuners
Seymour Duncan Black Winter
Hardshell Case

Would be mint if not for the tiniest dent on the bottom edge. This is one of the beat deals in a guitar under $1000. Straight forward, no BS, but no skimping on quality.

$700

Chapman ML3 Pro Modern Semi-Hollow - 9.8/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Flamed Maple Veneer Top
Roasted Maple Neck and Fretboard
25.5" Scale
13.78" Radius
24 Stainless Steel Frets
Madrigal Pickups
Hipshot Locking Tuners
Hardshell Case

Another of the best deals on a guitar for under $1000. These look and play like guitars that cost twice as much. It may have the faintest of imperfections if you look as closely as possible, but its mint as far as I can tell.

$800

Peavey USA Wolfgang Special - Gold - 8.5/10 condition

Basswood Body
Maple Neck and Fretboard
22 Frets
25.5” Scale
Floyd Rose

This is the flat-top, slightly more affordable variant of the Wolfgang. Aside from a few very minor imperfections, it’s in really decent shape.

$900

Burny RLC-115 - 9.7/10 condition

Mahogany Body and Neck
Rosewood Fretboard
24.75" Scale
Gibson Burst Bucker Pickups

Late 90's Japanese model - these were pretty popular back in the day. If I'm not mistaken, Tokai built them, and so if you're familiar with Tokai, you'll know what to expect. Great neck, reliable tuning, sounds excellent, etc.. Pickups were swapped out for Gibson Burst Buckers. It may not be 100% mint, but there are no obvious flaws if any kind.

$1200

Kiesel Aries 8 - 9.5/10 condition

Ash Body
Maple Neck
Ebony Fretboard
26" - 27.5" Multiscale
Locking Tuners
Kiesel Pickups

One of the better sounding 8 strings I've played, and the playability is completely spot on. The low strings on an 8 can often be muffled, flabby, weak, etc., but they're loud, punchy, clear, and without buzzing on this one. Aside from a tiny little ding on the back of the headstock, this one is clean.

$1200

RainSong CH-OM1000NS Concert Hybrid - 9.6/10 condition

Carbon Fiber/Glass Hybrid Body
Carbon Fiber Neck
24.75" Scale
LR Baggs Element

Unbelievably and unexpectedly great sounding guitar, with playability to match. And it absolutely will not warp at all. The only wear is a bit of footwear on the first 5 frets under the B string, but it doesn't interfere with function in the slightest.

$1300

Kiesel JB200sc - 9.9/10 condition

Alder Body
Maple Neck
Birdseye Maple Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
Original Floyd Rose Tremolo
Kiesel Pickups
Two Tone, Two Volume
Two Dual/Single Coil Switches
Phase Switch
3-way Pickup Selector

Maybe the most versatile shred machine ever, made for one of the most legendary players ever. Absolutely perfect player. If it's not mint, it's so close that I can't tell the difference.

$1500

20190328_174705_zpsqfomywmn.jpg

Music Man Albert Lee - 9.6/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Rosewood Neck
25.5" Scale
10" Radius
Stainless Steel Frets
Schaller Locking Tuners
Dimarzio Custom Pickups

An oddly ergonomic and attractive guitar once you're holding it. Perfect neck, incredibly stable tuning, versatile set of tones, etc.. There's a very tiny ding in the clearcoat on the top, but is otherwise super clean.

$1500

Composite Acoustics OX - Blue - 9.9/10 Condition

Carbon Fiber Body and Neck
Composite Fretboard
LR Baggs Acoustic Pickup
Onboard EQ

I tuned this guitar in like August or September, it was subjected to a few climate changes, and its still perfectly in tune. But aside from making for a perfectly reliable guitar, somehow the carbon fiber SOUNDS amazing. It doesn't have the bassy warmth that a lot of acoustics have, but I'll be damned if it doesn't sound better than most I can think of anyway. I guess its a matter of design.

$1500

Fender Eric Johnson Strat - Sunburst - 9/10 condition

Alder Body w/ '57 Contours
Maple Neck and Fretboard
1 21/32" Nut Width
25.5" Scale
Eric Johnson Pickups
Vintage Tremolo

This is a 2005, making it one of the originals. Lauded by a lot of folks as the best Strat in the production lineup, its basically a spin on the AVRI '57 Reissue, but nearly everything is tweaked to some degree. This one has been played, but not abused, so it does have a handful of very tiny, minor imperfections when you look closely. Tweed Hardshell case included.

$1500

Strandberg Boden OS6 - 9.5/10 condition

Chambered Swamp Ash Body
Flamed Maple Top
Maple and Rosewood Neck w/ Carbon Fiber Fillets
Birdseye Maple Fretboard
25.5" - 25" Scale
Stainless Steel Frets
Lace Pickups

This is one of Korean made OS6's. Super light weight, very resonant and acoustically loud, nice looking wood, etc.. Aside from a few really minor impressions, it's very clean. Comes with the original Strandberg gig bag.

$1700

Music Man JP-16 7 - 9.7/10 condition

Baswood Body
Roasted Birdseye Maple Neck
Ebony Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
Floyd Rose 1000 (Low Profile)
Dimarzio Sonic Ecstacy Pickups
Active Preamp Boost

The JP-16 is the only Music Man Petrucci model with a Floyd Rose (the only one without the patented Music Man JP term, for that matter), and the only JP Anniversary model with any sort of variation in the body carves - the forearm contour is like that of the standard JP model, which makes it more ergonomic. This is a streamlined, no BS workhorse, with loads of versatility, given the active boost and some cool switching options.

If you look closely, you might find the very faintest of imperfections, but it would pass as mint in virtually any shop.

$2000

20190328_175945_zps6h7fagtv.jpg

PRS SC-245 Satin - 8/10 condition

Mahogany Body and Neck
Flamed Maple 10-Top
Rosewood Fretboard
Wide-Thin Neck
Satin Nitro Finish

These Satins are somewhat uncommon, perhaps because they're popular and folks are holding onto them. This one has low action and is acoustically loud. Most of its wear is in the form of worming/buckle rash on the back, which actually looks a little worse in person than I was able to capture in the pictures, but from a foot or so away, most of it disappears.

$2000

20190403_202022_zpsnf0gr9ox.jpg

TMG Ronnie Scott Telemaster - Antique Sunburst - 9.9/10 condition

Swamp Ash Body
Maple Neck
Indian Rosewood Fretboard
Medium C Profile
10” Radius
Duesenberg Neck Pickup
TMG Slider 52 Bridge Pickup

I have no experience with TMG outside of this guitar, but it’s as good as that of any of the other vintage-style American builders I’ve been across. It is what it looks like - a cross between a Jazzmaster and a Tele, though it’s a bit more of a Tele. Unbelievably good tone from this thing - I’ve been a bit obsessed with twangy surf/spaghetti tones lately, and this thing nails it. It also, not surprisingly, works perfectly for blues and even jazz stuff.

$2200

Ibanez Jem 7vsbl - Blue Sparkle - 9/10 condition

Alder Body
Basswood Top (Veneer)
Maple Neck
Rosewood Fretboard
Scalloped Frets From 21 - 24
Lo-Pro Edge Bridge
Dimarzio Evolution Pickup Set

These were made from 2002 - 2004, with only the 2002 (which is what this is) has the LP-Pro (which is preferable, according to many). You almost never see these pop up for sale anymore, so if you’re a Jem fan, you need this, and if you’re an Ibanez fan, you probably also need this. There’s some very minor signs of wear and aging, but nothing serious. It comes in the old school, red-lined Universe case, which has a broken latch, but is still totally functional.

$2200

Music Man Luke II BFR - 9.8/10 condition

Alder Body
Rosewood Neck and Fretboard
12'' Radius
25" Scale Length
Locking Tuners
Music Man Tremolo
EMG Pickups

Not only is this an exceptionally clean Luke II, which is no longer in production, and fairly difficult to find these days to begin with, but its from a limited run featuring a solid Rosewood Neck. This alone is worth the price of admission. Super versatile guitar - don't let the active pickups scare you.

$2200

Music Man JP6 - Cardinal Red - 9.5/10 condition

Basswood Body
Birdseye Maple Neck
Rosewood Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
Music Man Tremolo
Piezo
Dimarzio Pickups
Locking Tuners

The Cardinal Red (which is really just a red sparkle, but looks better than my pictures by a long shot) was part of a limited run available only by special order through certain dealers. As good as the best Music Man I've played. Theres one or two super minor and virtually invisible flaws, but is otherwise clean.

$2300

ESP Custom Shop M-II NTB - Trans Red - 9.7/10 condition

Mahogany Body Wings
Maple Neck-Through Design
Ebony Fretboard
EMG Active Pickups
Original Floyd Rose Tremolo

This is a full on Custom Shop build from ESP, and will stand shoulder to shoulder with whatever you can think to throw at it. There are a few very minor marks, but overall, its been babied. The color looks way darker in the pictures than it really is - you can easily see the woodgrain in person.

$2500

ESP Custom Shop Page Hamilton Horizon - Brushed Silver - 9.5/10 condition

Alder Body
Maple Neck
Ebony Fretboard
Sperzel Locking Tuners
Wilkinson Tremolo
Sustainiac Neck
BKP Aftermath Bridge

Rare as can be, and one of the coolest models ESP has ever produced. It’s essentially just a Horizon with a Wilkinson and a single-cool sized pickup in the neck position. The finish is really stunning - it looks like brushed aluminum, so I’m not sure how they accomplished that exactly, but my pictures do it little justice. As anyone that has played a Custom Shop ESP will tell you, the quality is top of the food chain, so you can’t go wrong. The pickups have been upgraded from Dimarzios to a BKP and a Sustainiac. Conditionwise, there’s some super minor wear that you have to look closely to find, but it’s been well cared for.

$2500

PRS Singelcut Artist - Royal Blue - 9.5/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Artist Grade Quilted Maple Top
Mahogany Neck
Macassar Ebony Fretboard
Wide-Fat Neck Profile
25” Scale
BKP Stormy Monday Pickups
PRS Tremolo

PRS’ modern Artist package allows you to customize their core models with a variety of high grade woods and colors not available on the core models otherwise. Several years ago, though, an artist package included higher grade tops, abalone inlays, a higher grade fretboard with matching headstock overlay,, gold hardware, and, arguably, overall better quality. Oh, and a fancy leather hardshell case, which this does indeed come with. This one has been upgraded with a set of BKP pickups, and has a really minor clear coat nick on the top, with maybe some super minor wear that’s evading detection as far as I’m concerned.

ESP USA M7 - 9.8/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Quilted Maple Top
Maple Neck and Fretboard
25.5"
Stainless Steel Frets
Seymour Duncan Pickups
Hipshot Bridge
Locking Tuners

This is a late 2018 custom ordered USA M7, and is the updated version with Stainless frets and without the big ESP inlay at the 12th fret. Unbelievable playability, super solid feel all around. I listed it as Mint, but there's a super tiny clearcoat crack in the back pocket that happened in shipping on account of the brutal winter, and there's a slight amount of dirt build up on the fretboard.

Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition Esquire - 9.9/10 condition

Lightweight Ash Body
AAA Birdseye Maple Neck and Fretboard
Large "C" Shape
9.5" Radius
Narrow Jumbo Frets
Fender Wide Range Humbucker
Relic Nitro Finish

This is a really unique Tele, made in limited numbers by the Custom Shop. It's super light weight and resonant, and has reasonably low action for a Tele. All original case candy included.

$3000

20190321_185025_zpsgykr1fga.jpg

Mayones Legend 7 - 9.7/10 condition

African Mahogany Body
Curly Koa 5A Grade Top
Ebony Fretboard
Maple Set-Neck w/ Mahogany Stripes
Gloss Top and Matte Finish Backside
Lundgren M7 Pickups
Stainless Steel Extra Jumbo Frets
20" Radius
3mm Luminlay Glow-in-the-Dark Side Dots
Hipshot Dridge
Locking Duners

For whatever reason, this model is the least photogenic guitar I can think of, but I assure you, it looks amazing in person. Its essentially just a singlecut version of the Regius, which is a good thing, as the Regius is a perfect design in my book. The neck is one of the best 7 string necks I've ever played, its very clear and aggressive in the low end, and has a lot of chime in the mid-highs. Conditionwise, there might be the slightest mark or two somewhere on it, but I can't find anything.

$3000

Aristides 080 - Distressed Green/Black - 9.9/10 condition

Arium Body and Neck
Richlite Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
Hipshot Griplock Tuners
Hipshot Bridge
BKP Aftermath Pickup
Coil-Splitting Volume Knob

Custom order 080 with a unique finish and set of options. Although a little strange, it somehow all comes together and looks amazing in person. The Aftermath pickup is fairly versatile, especially with the coil splitt, so the lack of a neck pickup doesn’t leave quite as much to be desired as it does on other single-pickup guitars.

$3000

IMG_6679_zpsdfwumbd7.jpg

Aristides 050 - Poison Ivy - 9.9/10 condition

Arium Body and Neck
Richlite Fretboard
34” Scale
12” Radius
Stainless Steel Frets
Hipshot Griplock Tuners
Hipshot Bridge
Seymour Duncan Pickups

In the same way that their guitars are unexpectedly amazing sounding and perfect players, Aristides’ basses are the be-all-end-all when it comes to roadworthy basses. It won’t go out of tune due to warpage, and is finally clear everywhere across the fretboard. This one in particular is done in a custom ordered color,.

$3200

Suhr Modern Carve Top - 9.9/10 condition

Korina Body and Neck
Ebony Fretboars
Stainless Steel Frets
Gotoh Floyd Rose
Locking Tuners
Suhr Pickups

If you want the highest quality, boutique workhorse you can find, I think you could do a lot worse than this. Korina is my favorite tone wood, and save for the ebony, that's all this thing is made of. Super resonant, smooth as silk, and has the best double locking trem you can buy.

$3200

PRS P-24 Limited Edition - Eriza Smokeburst - 9.8/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Flamed Maple 10-Top
Honduran Rosewood Fretboard
Piezo Acoustic Pickup
Adjustable Stoptail Bridge
Locking Tuners
P-22 Pickups

This is one of only 50 made for a limited run. It refers from the later core P-24 in that it has a hardtail bridge, also making it one of the few 24 fret PRS models with a hardtail instead of a Tremolo.

$3500

20190321_201232_zpsjowhhioa.jpg

PRS Custom 24 Floyd - Trans Charcoal - 9.7/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Flamed Maple 10-Top
Flamed Maple Neck
Ebony Fretboard
Original Floyd Rose Tremolo
PRS \m/ Metal Pickups

This is the model that everybody wanted for years - a PRS 24 with a Floyd.. this one is in sreally good shape, with only some super minor surface scratches from regular use.

$3500

IMG_6514_zpscr0ptzlq.jpg

PRS Custom 24 Floyd - Faded AquaBleux - 9.7/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Flamed Maple 10-Top
Flamed Maple Neck
Ebony Fretboard
Original Floyd Rose Tremolo
PRS \m/ Metal Pickups

The color of this guitar is rather unique, and very difficult to capture. Its sort of like a very faded denim, but with a slight greenish hue reminiscent of water. The neck has a super intense flame, and it plays immensely well. If there are any flaws at all, they're so minor that I can't find them.

$3500

20190321_182859_zpsgnv6jrwm.jpg

Mayones Regius Custom - 9.9/10 condition

Black Limba Body
Macassar Ebony Top
11 Piece Maple, Mahogany, Amazakoe, Wenge Neck
Ebony Fretboard
ABM Bridge
Hipshot Locking Tuners
PRS 57/08 Pickup Set

Super clean, perfectly crafted, beautiful guitar. I can't say it enough, but these are the overall best guitars in production today, in terms of design, quality control, playability, and materials. The previous owner put PRS pickups in it, which is somehow an usual choice, but they're fantastic pickups so it works very well.

$3500

Tyler Studio Elite - Metallic Matte Orange - 9/10 condition

Swamp Ash Body
Maple Neck
Indian Rosewood Fretboard
Stainless Steel Frets
Gotoh Floyd Rose
Tyler Pickups

If you're interested in this guitar, you probably know all about Tyler's quality. I dont see too many Floyded Studios pop up, and have never seen another in this color. There's a few minor imperfections, but nothing crazy.

$3500

20190321_191001_zpsvjfe7xnt.jpg

PRS Custom 24 Artist - Fire Red - 9.7/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Artist Grade Flamed Maple Top
Artist Grade Flamed Maple Neck
Ebony Fretboard
PRS Tremolo
PRS 59/09 Neck Pickup
BKP Ceramic Warpig Bridge Pickup
PRS Paisley Artist Case

As nice as a Custom 24 can be. Insanely beautiful flame top and neck, perfect playability, unmatched versatility, etc.. There's the most minute and impossible to find impression on the top, and maybe the faintest polishing swirl or two elsewhere, but its overall very clean.

$3800

20190328_173207_zpsumitbg3p.jpg

PRS Custom 24 Artist - Blood Orange - 9.3/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Artist Grade Flamed Maple Top
Solid Rosewood Neck and Fretboard
BKP Emerald Pickup Set

This is a 2014 with the Artist Package (Artist Top, Rosewood Neck, Hybrid Hardware, Artist inlays) in Blood Orange. There’s a few extremely minor impressions/dings on in the clearcoat on the back, but it’s very clean overall.

$3800

IMG_6747_zps7mhgqgia.jpg

PRS Tremonti Baritone - 9.9/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Flamed Maple Artist Top
Flamed Maple Artist Neck
Indian Rosewood Fretboard
25.5" Scale
PRS Tremonti Pickups

Not actually a baritone by any conventional definition of the word, but has a longer scale than any guitar made by PRS outside of the Holcomb and the Private Stock. All the same, they shipped these tuned low (either in B standard, or drop B) with big strings, and they play the role of a baritone well enough. This one has one of the most intense flame tops I've ever seen on a guitar, and it's dead mint.

$4000

20190403_203132_zpsguxal4xz.jpg

PRS 594 Wood Library - 9.9/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Quilted Maple 10-Top
Flamed Maple Neck
Cocobolo Fretboard
Pattern Vintage Profile
58/15 LT Pickups

One of the most beautiful guitars I've owned, in my opinion. Although it might look a bit like Mahogany, the neck is actually flamed maple (maybe roasted or something along those lines), but with PRS' gloss finish over it, which is somewhat unique, especially on a 594. I've said it before, but I think the neck on this model is the best they've put out, and, combined with the scale length, makes for one of the best playing models. Even by PRS standards. Conditionwise, it basically hasn't been played at all, and is effectively brand new.

$4000

20190403_202724_zpstoolawdb.jpg

Mayones Regius 7 - 9.3/10 condition

Tone Enhance Mahogany Body (TEW)
4A Figured Buckeye Burl Top
11 Piece Wenge, Mahogany, and Padauk Neck
Ebony Fretboard
25.4" Scale
16" Radius
Hipshot Gridlock Locking Tuners
Schaller Hannes Bridge
BKP Juggernaut Pickups

Easily one of the craziest looking tops I've seen on any guitar, let alone a Mayones. Most people looking at this already know that these guitars are at the top of the food chain, so I won't use flowery language to sell it. Its as nice as it looks. Conditionwise, there's a few things worth mentioning - the most obvious is the tiny chip in the wood on the back bottom side. Otherwise, there's a few very light and minor marks. The last few pictures are of what looks like scratches/lines impressed into the top, but its actually natural striations in the wood, and not an imperfection at all, just to be clear.

$4000

DSC_0447_zps3ytas4yo.jpg

PRS Holcomb - Holcomb Burst - 9.5/10 condition

Mahogany Body
Quilted Maple 10-Top
Maple Neck
Ebony Fretboard
20" Radius
25.5" Scale
Seymour Duncan Alpha and Omega Pickups

One of the most sought after guitars PRS has made. Offered as a limited order-only model in 2015, there's since been incredibly demand from collectors and players alike. As such, when one pops up in great condition, they tend to go fairly quickly. This one has the tiniest couple of dings on the tip of the headstock, and some glossy little lines in the finish that show up in certain lighting. Not sure what they're from, but they're beyond minuscule.

$5500
