Actually I have a very similar color guitar and it is called Sunrise Teaburst. It is not even close to being dirty lemon. Maybe buy a new computer monitor....

Just spoke with Gibson...the official color is Dirty Green Lemon...so no need to go out and buy a new computer monitor.

Ha - someone at Gibson is smoking crack again. I would have called it dirty green amber lemon purple sunrise. More accurate!

Who cares...the guitar is just killer in any light, weighs practically zilch, and probably sounds like the organ in the Mormon Tabernacle. lol!

Gibson sprays the colors with a lot of variance, but more importantly Lemon and Green Lemon change a lot depending on the shade of the maple itself! Having owned several Dirty Green Lemon reissues, I'd say this is about spot on. Those of you saying tobacco burst or darker finishes need to calibrate your screens. Hell, Tobacco burst actually goes to BLACK on the outer rim of the burst!

OK I'll Rephrase

Your camera has a chip that is super sensitive to the red end of the visible spectrum (we all do) its the nature of digital photography....IT's OK you were UNAWARE...!!

But if you were to shoot that in Fluorescent light, the greens would likely be more prominent and the photograph more accurate....thus eluding the whole rigmarole of "what color did Gibson come up with this time?" .....

Its a beautiful Ax....If I had the scratch I would likely buy it ....

BUT I have a Poppy Burst already and ...a Green Lemon Burst already....

thus the questions of

What color did Gibson call this one?

is relevant .....

So now I dont have to scrounge around for the money....

You are one lucky seller ....how many bumps is that?
