I've got a 2013 Gibson Les Paul Traditional in Light Burst that I would like to sell.
The 2013 Traditionals are pretty awesome, in my opinion. They are solid with no weight relief swiss-cheese holes or chambering. This one has a nice chunky, but comfortable neck. It's just a hair chunkier than my R9, but not quite as chunky as an R8, in my opinion. It is completely stock, nothing has been changed or modified in any way. It has 57 Classic pickups in it, 57 Classic in the neck position, 57 Classic Plus in the bridge position. This one is in Light Burst color, which is nearly impossible to find in stores now that everywhere is basically sold out of the 2013s, and the 2014s have prices over $2600! This one comes with the original Gibson Hard Case, and all of the case candy and tags. This guitar doesn't have a ding, dent, or scratch on it anywhere. It's as close to perfect as you could possibly find. I've probably played it for less than 5 hours total, and that entire time was just me sitting on the couch. It's never been played out of my house. I bought an R9 shortly after buying this guitar, and I find myself leaning towards the R9.
Here are the specs from Gibson's website:
Gibson Les Paul Standard Traditional Electric Guitar Features:
• Body Wood: Mahogany, non-chambered weight-relieved
• Top wood: Flame maple
• Scale Length: 24-3/4"
• Neck Joint: Set-in
• Neck Wood: Mahogany
• Fretboard: Rosewood
• Plek'd on Gibson Plek Machine
• Neck Shape: '50s rounded
• Frets: 22
• Nut Width: 1.695"
• Fretboard Radius: 12"
• Bridge: Nashville Tune-O-Matic
• Tailpiece: Stopbar
• Pickup Bridge: '57 Classic Plus humbucker
• Pickup Neck: '57 Classic humbucker
• Controls: 2 volume, 2 tone, 3-way pickup selector
• Vintage speed knobs
• Tuners: TonePros Kluson-style
• Hardware color: Chrome
• Binding: top and neck
• Finish: Lacquer
I'm asking $1800 for this one. You pay PayPal fees (if you use it), and shipping. I'll ship as soon as I receive your payment! Considering that the 2014 models of this same guitar are in stores with Gibson's new higher prices over $2600, this could be a great deal!
If you've got any questions, feel free to ask! I'll do my best to answer quickly!
