One of the things that stuck out the most (besides the obvious lack of age) was the thickness/style of the logo. Specifically, the "o", which looks more like the modern version - more open, than the ones from the '50s. Even the shape of the headstock itself looks more "modern".The dot on my 58 is about the same...but the colour is more yellow, probably because this one the clear isn't ambered yet after being redone. Looks kinda cool, to bad you couldn't get something worked out!
