There’s nothing right about this instrument. Including the scarf joint.

Though the OPs headstock has less wood above the tuners than the real gibby.

Wow - I'd missed that. A scarf joint is actually very strong - but (even it Gibson ever figured that out) wouldn't it sorta work better to put it where Gibsons break, and not 1/5 of the neck away???? And cut the other direction?
