You obviously don't know much about real tattoos then. Sure pick and stick tattooes are more fashion and poor choices than anything. A real artist will sit down and work with his client (not customer) and make sure they get something that is personal and relevant to them.

it's only legal to tattoo people 18 and over in the majority of states, and even in states where a minor can get tattooed with parental consent, most shops will still only tattoo those over 18.

He didn't say he knew all the artists in the country. He said MAJORITY of states and MOST shops, but you're so convinced you need to show the world your point, you probably looked past those words. Tommy's experience has been my experience as well. All of the shops I've been in won't even allow people under 18 into their shop.

If you don't care what River or "his bitches" (real mature) think about it, why did you even need to tell him you're putting him on ignore? You're the one that's coming off as a troll in that case.

The singer of the band I am in owns 4 tattoo parlors and a body jewelry and tattoo supply distribution business. The lead guitar player in another band I am in owns 2 parlors. Not a single one of their artists is allowed to tattoo anyone under the age of 18, parental consent or not. The distribution business sells only to proffessional artists that provide either proof of employment or proof of ownership of a shop. The Hell, they have signs posted that no minors are even allowed in the shops at any time. On top of that all of the artists at each parlor are required to either already have a blood born pathogen training certificate, or obtain one within a certain time frame to work at the shops. Thats not to say there arent scratchers out there, but they are less common than they used to be.

I'm seeing more and more YOUNG kids with tattoos . This IMHO is just bad parenting . Kids don't have a clue what they want so to let them get something as permanent as a tattoo is just irresponsible .
If my son wants a tattoo hes more than welcome to get one . After he moves out and can pay for it himself . By then I think he will have a clue about life and maybe what he wants from it .

I don't know if I've ever been accused of trolling I certainly try not to. I like to think of myself as genuine. If you have a problem with me, I guess we'll just have to learn to co-exist here. Personally, I don't think pointing out faults and/or disagreements with a post on a PUBLIC forum to be trolling, but I guess the definition of trolling has expanded to "anything other than complete agreement". What people call trolling used to be normal around here, but seeing as you've been a member longer than I have, you should know that. Ahh, the days of real trolling...

I do have a life. I've been fairly productive today. I gathered a list of all the things needed to be done to my motorcycle. I ate lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in a little while. I worked out for the first time since April. I played a little bit of guitar and learned a new song. Now, I'm just relaxing for a little while before I start making dinner. I'm sorry if you think I just sit here all day waiting for you to make a comment so I can jump all over it. It just happens to be good timing I guess
