For Sale: 2012 Gibson Custom Shop ES359

Selling my ES359. Some minor wear but in very good shape.

All original electronics and hardware. Comes with original hardshell case and COA. It currently has Schaller Strap locks but original buttons are included too.

Frets are in great shape. There is a small ding on the front of the guitar that is tough to photograph but I think you can kind of see it in the close up photo below the stop tail. I had a Bigsby B3 on it for a little bit. It was never drilled in but the felt protector pads pressed into the finish by the rear strap peg. There is also some slight finish cracking on the seam by the strap peg and on the heal of the neck.

I am sorry I will not be able to buy this, as I recently bought a pair of guitars totaling almost 4k, but could you tell us what a 359 is compared to a 345, 355?

I am seeing it is 335 like in the electronics, but 355 like in the neck. I fI am not mistake, unlike a full size body like a 335-355 it appears more like a 339 size. What are the pickups etc in this?

The ES-359 is a Memphis-made Gibson semi-hollowbody is higher-end take on the ES-339, with gold hardware and block inlays.Years of Production: 2008 - 2016.

You are right. It is the the 355 appointments on a 339 sized guitar.

It has the 57classics. It has what they call the “Memphis circuit” but I am not positive what other guitars have that or how it is all that different.
