Flamed Koa pickguard for SG.

made some flamed koa pieces for a '61 style g-400

pick guard, truss rod cover, and the small piece between the neck and neck PU.

the inlay is not my cup of tea but the plates look really cool, did you make them yourself?

Yeah they are both made by me.

I agree with brian ebony and they pick guard would look nice.

my sg is a cherry and the Koa wood grain just doesn't match up nice with the wood grain of the guitar.

I had only a small piece of flamed Koa left and this is where it went to. a full guard on an ebony would look nice.
