So this popped up on my reverb feed today. It was too ridiculous to believe. Idk what the original painter was thinking... I guess it was the 80’s.

WTF!!! That's nasty and I mean in a bad way. I once saw a LP that the owner took a hole saw and plug-cut the back to make it lighter. I'm amazed at what some people will do to their gear.

I know the Silverbursts are getting pricey but I’ll be shocked if someone pays asking price for this.

Haha that was my first thought, a refinish to fix up that mess could make it worth taking. Then I saw the price tag, will be interesting to see if anyone buys it for that price.

I think I remember seeing that somewhere too. I get upset when I put a small scratch or dent in one guitars...don’t know how someone can do something like that to their instrument.
