Hey guys question on bridge placement. I am going through the detailed doc that lt dave supplied above. One question I had is regarding the saddle adjustment. Should I be calculating and making my adjustments with the saddles in the middle position, so I have adjustment forward and back? Or am I overthinking it?

It's the golden age low profile wrap around from stew mac. It has adjustent saddles.

I went back and forth on using the correct wrap around with no adjustments but decided to go with one with adjustment this time. Since it's my first build, I bought it would be best to give myself a bit of adjustment just incase

You could do that. I have done that in the past and it works fine. It definitely gives you the most adjustment options. Regardless of how you set the saddles I would recommend intonating before drilling the holes. You can then place the bridge exactly where you want. Some like a bit of an angle others like it perpendicular to the string path.

Got some decent progress in the past couple weeks. Completely mocked up and it tunes and Inyonat s properly so pretty relieved. Going to strip it down to finish sand this even but enjoying noodling around with it this afternoon
