First attempt at a ‘50s style LP wiring harness (frightful) (may be too graphic for some viewers) Viewer discretion advised!

So, me thinks.
Why shell out money for store-bought guitar wiring harnesses?!

Did not turn out too awful. Now to drop it in to a guitar.

Purchased CTS +/- 5% 550k pots and 0.022uF, 5 % PIO Russian capacitors. Dah! Rus!

Waiting on some new pickups and will let you know how it turns out.

I know, quite the soldering job. Don’t be jealous.

Yes, yes it is!
Had it left over from a project.
I learned from my dad on how to build things, “hell for stout”, was his favorite saying.;)

It will stay together after a nuclear blast!

Holy hell that's stout bus wire for sure :laugh2:
Definitely doesn't look as bad as you're making it out to be, I typically try to leave a little extra slack on the bus wire, depending on the amoeba-y-ness of the cavity shape so it can get around the loopy parts easily.
