2007 R7 Darkback
After selling my epi LP and working all summer in the canary, i finally got a R7 that i always dreamed of. It's also my first Gibson so i'm very happy :dude: It has been swapped with Wolfetone Dr Vintage and has RS volume pots and upgraded capacitors. I love the fat 50's neck because i got long thin fingers/large hand.

Here are some pic and i'm no photographer. Also i live in Alaska:cool::

yes, correct! Let it freeze for some hours and then take it close enough to the fireplace when available. We had a thread about exactly this some month ago. One member taking his GT into the weekend house with his family, openend the case and had a guitar now completely covered with cracks

edit: would love me some snow here now since I love the winter + I have a new 4x4

cool, but maybe wait for the advices of those who know how the stuff is done properly. I only remeber this story but couldn't find it any more. Maybe it was on another forum. The guitar was really beautifully checkered all over

Goldtops are badass!! I've owned several Historic flametops, but goldtops just speak to me. Congrats, and enjoy yours.
