The old question.... but wanted to hear some up to date info.... How many Geetars do you currently own..and are you sticking, twisting to get more or ‘reducing the herd’ ??

I know I lent 18 of them for an expo last summer... 'bout 25 I would say but I never really counted.

The 3 Gibson’s and a Dean are more than enough to play and maintain for me.

More than I want to count. 35 plus? And I’m always looking for interesting things to use, and building things from scratch.

Currently I’m deep down the rabbit hole of building aluminum neck guitars. Wandré style. Weird.

Selling guitars makes more sense. But I’d still rather have more space.

It's a fair size collection but I know there are plenty of others here who have a much more sizeable stable. Of course I'm single so that makes it easier to have this many.

I have four differently-configured Gibson Les Pauls, two differently-configured Flying Vs (one Gibson, one Epiphone), a Bohemian oil-can style guitar in open G for slide playing, and an Orpheum resonator acoustic.

I think 6 total. I usually only play one for the most part. The rest hardly ever get used. I have a 2012 or 13 Goldtop Gibson Traditional with the stickers on the pickups still. I just can't bring myself to play it.

About 50 electrics, 8 acoustics, 4 resonators and don’t even get me started on amps! Have sold a few over the last year and bought a few, so it‘s constantly in flux. Giving serious thought to downsizing it a bit. Most of them are Gibsons.

Well, it seems every time I count them I get a different number.

So, really, I don't know...

I just bought 2 more acoustics so...add two more to the myriad of
guitar counts I have done through the years...

Two: One Les Paul Studio and one American Standard Strat. I really don't do the two I already have any justice, so no purchases in my future. I wanted the best of both worlds, and I feel I have just that. Not I just need to knuckle down and learn some more...

There was a guy posted on MLP a few months ago who displayed a massive guitar rack with 120-plus guitars! He said it was a better way to store money than keeping it in a bank. Gotta admire his think-outside-the-box approach!

Me, I have 3 electrics, two acoustics, and an electric bass. That's six. I keep thinking I'm going to unload one of the electrics, but then I don't.

I just sold my old Peavey Duel 212 amp from the 90s on Reverb. It cost $950 new in 1995. Sold it for $350. Waa! That's Peavey for you, though...
