This is a rare gorgeous 2001 Fender Custom Shop '63 Telecaster Closet Classic Light Relic in Lake Placid Blue

This is hands down the best Tele I have ever had the pleasure to own. It is in absolutely mint condition as the day it left the custom shop. The closet classic relicing is just right on this one. It has never been gigged, only kept in the case and taken out to play carefully in the studio. Comes with all original case candy and documentation and tags.
The neck is incredible, it has such a perfect feel and profile. The fretboard edges and fret wire are so rounded and nice. The finish is gorgeous and the thin nitro lets the wood breath and give a great resonance to the guitar. The closet relic is beautiful, you can see the checking under light reflection. It is not overdone, this is a light relic but just right, enough to make this guitar stare at and pick up to play. The pickups are pure vintage Fender tone, warm and bluesy on the neck pickup while crunch and raw on the bridge.
The guitar is mint and comes with all the case candy and original Fender case. Played only in studio, sadly need to part ways with it to finance a Joe Perry 59 Les Paul.
