My ambiguous reply-
When I get inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame any guitar they want of mine to have as my shrine- that guitar is on my bucket list.
(caveat: The fact I haven't recorded anything released to the public, nor gigged for over 20 years has no bearing on my statement. It is a bucket list- what that bucket is full of is open to interpretation!)

I've never had a guitar with P-90s so that would be on the list. Too bad there will be no power when the SHTF so pickups won't matter. I'm going to go count my ammo.

Super 400 natural finish

I’ve got pretty much every iteration of classic GIbson

That 400 is my retirement guitar in 6 years
I played one, hit the OD and had a real blast.

Historic LP Special...But I just got my DSG "Desert Bird" and my 60 ES-330 so I'm really at capacity right now....no GAS!

A simple black LP Standard would be nice, but I already own everything I really wanted.

If it's a custom shop guitar then I'd like a 54 wraparound p90 goldtop lowered logo etc I'd pick a CC12 neck profile and it would be very very heavily aged. Drool.
man i've got the perfect guitar for you... wanna buy?

I'd go with a fat necked ES330 or 335 CS in vintage dark sunburst................

Trying to take my mind off what's going on now in the world.
Thought this would be an interesting subject
What guitar would be your bucket list guitar?
Aside from an original 50s-60s-70s guitar.
Something within your means to get.
I always wanted a Gibson Les Paul custom, in an Access model. In antique white would be it! The cool bucket Lister!
What's yours?
OK if bucket list a Sunburst Fender Strat-A Goldtop LP P90s or regular humbuckers ,a lemonburst Gibson LP A Martin or Gibson acoustic modern or old And a Fender Tele to go with my Squier Tele..I like the classics.

A Les Paul Custom R5 (Alnico V & P90) with that beautiful rounded V neck and thick as a railroad tie.

A 1979 ES-175CC (Charlie Christian pup) even though playing an archtop would kill my bursitis.

Re-purchase my dad's old Ampeg ReverbRocket and Magnatone M10 that I sold like a dick after he passed.

Great thread.

I'd go with a flamey R8.
