hello everyone. i am new to the forum. i was just wondering about the fake china les pauls. just how bad are they, and are they playable at all.
Wonder no more. They're crap, and illegal to manufacture, sell, purchase or own.
You sure about that? I'm pretty sure you're wrong. Possession of counterfeit and/or stolen goods is, in fact, a crime. It's just (almost) never subject to an indictment, unless the state can prove knowledge aforethought. If they can, your ass is grass.Theyre not illegal to own. Its kind of like the prohabition laws, its illegal to sell or make the product, but they cant do anything to you if you own one. Unless the saw you buy one or have some kind of evidence to prove it.
Theyre not illegal to own....
You sure about that?....
A Jay Turser is not a fake - it's a Jay Turser. My neighbor has a Jay Turser LP in ebony and it's really not that bad at all... I mean pups are crap but switch em out and get a pro setup and you got a pretty rockin guitar.
And I think he paid like $190.00 new!
