no les paul but since here are the gibson fake or not experts:

is this a fake?, the gibson logo looks a bit messed up

It's fine. The clear has lifted a bit, that's all.

i just saw it on the inetrnet and wanted tio train my fake identifying skills you know by checking what other mlplers though

It happens because the clear and the veneer underneath expand and contract at different rates particularly around the inlays. I've seen MUCH worse than that actually.

There are many different variations of the Gibson logo over the years. That's not one of the best looking ones, but I promise you it's real.
