Fake Frehley LP?

Browsing craigslist per usual and came across this one. Just screams fake to me, but Im no expert, maybe its some rare one off (and if it is I call dibs lol). The knobs look wonky, Ive never seen a Frehley model in this color, and since when did Gibson push anything out of Japan? Isnt that totally against what Gibsons brand stands for?

Anyways, what is this? Just another Chibson? Some homemade tribute? Or a legit one off or something?
