Yeah, it's fake. I wish we could educate everybody out there. I hate seeing people get screwed due to their own ignorance, but it's an impossible task.

Ebay is becoming a joke.

I still think it would behoove a certain national chain *cough* to start their own classified section where people would bring it in, and staff there would inspect it, take pictures of it, get the serial number off of the equipment, and post it up for sale at an agreed upon price.

The current scenario is a joke, and even craigslist is becoming a scammer's haven. Shoppers should have SOMEWHERE to go to find legitimate equipment! (And as much as I dig on MLP classifieds, sometimes it's nice to get a bigger choice in terms of leftie guitars...)

This guy is selling everything from DVDs to swimming pools. He has a real high feedback score with 100% positive. Several of the feedback comments were about jeans. Go figure.
Can't you can't always use the score as a gage to authenticity.

I hate how you can't contact other bidders. That guitar is about to go for almost 2k and you can't even warn the poor saps bidding on it.

I used to think eBay was fun. I'd get all kinds of cool old pedals and pickups there. But this is just one more example of why I don't bother anymore, (along with the whole Paypal monopoly.)

I doubt it, but a few reports on the same item must bring it to ebay's attention. They will only suspend repeat offenders
