What are you using now? For those who still have gear interest here, show us your rig! :D

Here's my current 1st stringer setup ….

*edit*

Since the 'Gear Posting' POLL thread is in our favor I may as well add some more candy to read while we crap ...

- Sanus (Canadian brand) power conditioner.
- Shure BLX wireless receiver. Yes ...UHF ONLY for me. :)
- Peterson strobe tuner.
- Vermona analog spring reverb. Two tanks, I believe.
- Synergy SYN2 with 800 (JCM 800) and PLEXI modules. Total = 4 channels.
- Avalon thick @ss billet aluminum vent plate. Worth mentioning since it was friggin' 80 bucks!
- Synergy 5050 50x2 or mono 100 watt poweramp.

- VBoutique 1/12 cab with Celestion Creamback 65 watt speaker.

- EVH USA Wolfgang Eddie Signature.
- 1996 custom black-top GLP Standard.

- Boss Waza analog delay.
- Ibanez RI chorus.
- Ibanez RI flanger.
- Phase 90 script.

- Synergy footswitch.

From the sound check today. Running stereo amps Twin/Quilter, for the first time. It sounds awesome. Just me and the drummer so a big guitar sound is needed to fill it up. Going through a bass amp and monitors for the looper with a touch through the mains.

If I am travelling light, it's the Kemper with a 1x12 EV loaded cab:

But when needed, it's the 73 Super Lead with various Marshall cabs:

However, I really need the right venue to drag the Komet 60 out and let it rip through some Marshall 4x12s. It is a bit much for most venues:cool2:

The drummer and singer recently left my band for family reasons, so I am currently a mostly at home player.

However, in a band I’ve always been a Les Paul and Marshall guy.

With the last band it was my Les Paul Traditional or Les Paul Classic with my Marshall Astoria Custom.

As soon as I get another band going it would be a combination of these.

Here are a couple of variations on the Orange theme I have going. The OR15 is sitting on a cab of unknown origin...maybe a car speaker cab...loaded by a friend of mine with Eminence GB128 speakers. It's funky but it sounds great with all my amps. With the OR15 , though, it's special. What a kick ass rock sound.

Sitting next to it is the Micro Dark in its little bag. It sounds great on the 412 and little 212, but is amazing into the slanted one with C-Rexes.

Here is my Dark Terror on the C Rex loaded slanted 212. It sounds great through this or the other 212, and just crushes into the 412.

If I remember, you also do some Country stuff. Which of those two amps do you like for that style?

Glad you're still Rockin' Oranges!

Posted this awhile back, but I'm still using this setup (primarily) for home use. This is an '18 Trad. My Les Paul Classic also is used.....have not even tried my Strat....as long as I’ve had this amp. The V30 sounds quite smooth, now that it’s broken in. And yes, the Dark Terror for those who wonder, does have a clean side to it. Just don’t expect a Fender type of clean. My backup amp is an Orange Micro Dark; itself a smooth sounding amp through the broken in V30.
