Hi all,

This is my latest acquisition. It's a 1998 Limited Edition ES-135.
Just got it today, and I'm glad I found one is such good shape.
No dings, no dents, no scratches. The gold has begun to rub off in a few places,
but is not tarnished.

The case is a brown Gibson USA case. I believe that many of the Limited Editions came with this case. I kinda prefer the black Memphis case but I don't even know where this guitar was made. Does anyone know how I can find out?
Is there a website I can check the serial number?

Anyway. I'm very happy.

Here is a pic. I'll post some more after I clean it up.

Nice acquisition.

She's in good company! Four hot redheads...
I too have a thing for red guitars. I really like the way the wood grain just comes alive with the red stains. The dark brown finishes are also nice and the natural look (flame blond) is amazing depending on the wood. But I love wine red.

That's really great. I'd love to try one of those with humbuckers.

I love my 335 but actually prefer my 135 (with p 90s)most of the time.

I seem to prefer single cutaways to double cutaways--not sure why--I just do.
That's part of the reason why I like the ES-135's

I am loving my "new" ES-135, just gigged with it last week and it was awesome. Growly, full and crisp. A proper rock machine man!
Check it out
