Hi guys, i purchased my first les paul(an used les paul) and i have some questions and need help to resolve....

Its an epiphone midnight an limited edition of custom shop

My logo is equal to the video, not the epiphone standard logo.

In this picture from the web the logo is normal, but its my model.. midnight!

In this web ( The Guitar Dater Project - Epiphone Serial Number Decoder ) i enter my serial number and says:
Guitar Info

Serial number unrecognized

The serial havent letters and is: 1104210702

Please, help me guys!

Your guitar was made April 2011 at the Unsung plant, Korea

Guitardater knows shit since mid 2008, when the serial# changed....

Your guitar is genuine and, as paruwi says, was made in April 2011 at the Unsung plant in Korea.

Epiphone changed from letter-prefix serial numbers to all-number s/n's in 2008 and the program at the guitar dater website hasn't been updated to take this into account. That's why it says yours was unrecognised.

Epiphone also recently changed the style of the headstock logo - your guitar has the 'new' style.

Your guitar is genuine.
