Elitist LP Tuner Hole Sizing

Today I was admiring how nice the nickel pickup covers, bridge and tailpiece have aged on my Elitist LP. Then I realized the tuners are still bright, shiny chrome! Had the guitar for years but got it second hand and I know the previous owner swapped out the pickups, must have done the bridge and tailpiece as well but forgot the tuners. Do I need a specific size for this guitar since it is MIJ? It currently has Grover kidney tuners which I like so I would really just want to replace them with a similar nickel set. TIA

Not an elitist but I replaced the stock grindy grovers on a jdm epi with the grover 102-18 series. Dropped right in. Only issue is that the gold plating is garbage.
