I have had a rogue I bought from MF almost 20 years ago on clearance for 169.00. It hardly fit in a gig bag and I like case so thought I try to find a case that fits.So as no one has any stock anymore thus taking it to a shop find one that fits. As the size is the same as Dano Jones or any other knockoff has anyone found a case that will fit. I have read the specs from various makers but due to the odd shape numbers are of little help. So thought maybe other have had this issue.

Not difficult to build if you have the tools and woodworking skills.
Might be the only way to go for some of the more oddball body designs.
Basic rectangular (or trapezoidal) box with dense foam cut to cradle the body securely.

Looks like someone was able to work the interior to make one of the coffin cases fit

Or a basic Gator case for $100 would at least protect it:

I checked the basic gator before posting and it is 12 inches, the sitar 16 due to the horn. But the coffin is 17 so might be the way to go thanks, never knew the were so wide
