I didnt know where to post it , but probably the most traffic through here, if anyone is looking for new parts and is considering creamtone, they have stolen my money and have absolutely zero customer communication; you cant email, call or get in contact with lonnie at all. He will however take your money. I will be contacting my bank and possibly the police if i cant get it a refund. Dont make the same mistake i did and research the companies your ordering from, hope this helps anybody

In 2021 I bought a couple things off his site. After a few weeks I reached out and couldn't get in touch with him. Then, after about two months I finally got ahold of him and heard the whole list of bad things going on in his life...I figured "we've all been there" and was forgiving enough....its now been over two years and I still don't have my parts.

How this on going fraud operation continues is beyond me. I think because most the thievery is relatively small potatoes. Still, taking any amount of money without delivering the product is theft. Have no idea how he is still “in business.”

The low value of the theft is the problem.
Local police agencies aren't going to do anything more than take the petty theft report for $50-$200 worth of parts.
It's going to take something like a Federal prosecutor to go after him on an aggregate claim. Sadly, that might shut him down and even lock him up (his theft totals to many thousands of $$$ by now), but none of the customers will get their parts or their money back.

Same with Patrick Simms. He satisfies just enough customers to get good reviews and keep his FB/Insta feeds full, and blocks those who have problems.
That asshole took me for $600,
