Bought my first Les Paul (a '69 Custom) in the late seventies and have been a Les Paul fan every since. Still have that '69 and recently picked up an R6 to go with it. Have a bunch of other Gibson's as well, including a 1949 ES-5.

I've played my '69 so much that it has gone through 3 re-frets! It was my first good guitar and my #1 for several decades. My R6 has taken over that roll now, but it gets rotated with several other guitars. These guitars are how I make my living so they see a lot of use, and have treated me very well over the years.

Welcome and :photos:
Indeed! Well we can start with a video I posted over in the lessons area of me playing the R6 (https://www.mylespaul.com/threads/georgia-on-my-mind-easy-finger-style-chord-melody-to-improve-your-solos.433252/)

But here are some still shots of the Gibson side of the family....

First the '69....I still have the original HW, but as you can see the bridge, tail piece, and pickups/knobs/etc have been changed....Like I said earlier, these are my tools and they get used....a lot.
