It occurred to me that we have never really seen a good set of pics of this awesome Burst on MLPF.

The original owner, Dominic (or Dom as his close friends call him) is a good friend of mine & an avid collector of Vintage Guitars, Amp & Cars for that matter. More to the point he's also a generous & helpful person and has no issue helping other with Vintage Guitars.

Dom bought this directly from one of the Sisters in Sydney. You can read about it here if you'd like an overview: -

Dom's pics to follow in the next Post.

Enjoy. :)

Thanks.

Thanks Victor. More to come but can you please check my later post mate.

Thanks for taking the time to upload these!

I especially enjoy the in-case shots. The lining is still quite purple as opposed to pink.

That headstock—tuner buttons aside—looks nearly brand new. Fascinating stuff.

Thanks Rudi and Dom for the great pics. The heel looks kind of D shaped. Does this late 60 have big neck or the typical late 60 thin neck? Great to be back here on this great forum!!

God it's so clean. And unfaded. Not surprised JB was interested.

:applause: Thank you Rudi
Looks like Dom prefers really mint guitars...
Yes Michel, he always went out of his way to find & pay for mint / untouched Vintage Guitars. He's had some killer Guitars over the years.

Re the comment on the Neck shape it was similar to a V2 size wise so about 0.83" at first fret from memory. I'll check to see if he ever measured it but it was slimmer.

Cheers, Rudi
