my epi lp traditional pro although was my 4th guitar it was my first proper guitar. Although I have only had it for a year I had put alot of work into it and we have been through alot together in my music career. As I grew experience and playability wise my epi has grown with me. As I said I have only had it for a year, but we have been through so much together to the point where I don't think I could let it go. My epi now only needs a new nut and tail piece then its mods are complete. They grow up so fast.

I have an '05 Trans Blue Standard I will never part with. My '75 Guild M-75 will never be on the market either. Everything else I'd sell for the right amount of money (suckers welcome).

I own three guitars and two will never leave my sight while im still around.
My first guitar ever '96 GT standard that I learned how to play and upgrade on.
And the guitar my son put together for me last Christmas.
Nope. Never.

I can't imagine letting my '92 MIK Epiphone Les Paul Standard go.

It's got upgraded tuners, bridge, jack, switch, 50's style wiring, and newer, better sounding Epi humbuckers.

I'll eventually change out the pickups again, but I can't decide if I want to do a BB#3 (already owned) and BB#2 combination or go a different route.

If you already have a BB3 and the guitar is already not stock, getting a used BB2 off the bay and making that upgrade is a no-brainer IMHO :) Nice guitar.

I can never sell anything... Not my guitars, not my cars, not even old computers. My wife loves it.....

In all seriousness I had a '12 PTP that played great and was so well made. In the end it helped fund a florentine that I thrn returned, but another is in the way.

Yup. My favourite guitar is my '97 Ltd Ed LP.

Saw it in a music shop in '03 and fell in love with it, didn't think I'd see it again. Went back to the shop in '05 and they still had it. Replaced all the electrics and added Bareknuckle Mississippi Queens. The purple flake finish is a bit 'love it or hate it', but that's fine by me :thumb:

I've got 21 Epi's that i'd never get rid of. 15 Les Paul's, 4 SG's, 1 Dot, and 1 Riviera. All modded with different pick up's. Love them all.

I've spent a lot of time and effort on my '01 Standard +top to get it where I want it, and it's still not done-needs new nut, bridge and tailpiece-those are the finishing touches. To date '79 Dimarzio SD and PAF, 50's wiring with CTS pots and Orange Drops, Ping tuners, and fretwork. Plays and sounds great, just have to get the rest done to make it perfect. It'll never go away.

This Bonamassa was my first Les Paul ever back in 2011 after being a Fender Guy.
With 5 Gibsons in the family now and sitting beside her..she sadly now gets overlooked all the time..but I will never part with her as the emotional attachment is just too strong.
Only mod she has is running a BurstBucker Pro in the Bridge..which works well.

Yep - They won't even be able to prise Genevieve from my cold dead fingers. Wherever the next life takes me she's going with me.

My 1960 T+ is as close to a proper LP construction wise as I will likely ever own. I can say this if I ever replaced it the replacement would have to one up it in some area without missing any features that it has (no studios no short tenons etc.).

There are some seriously cool guitars in this thread. We are some pretty fortunate people!
