Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello, I'm new here...I just bought an 08 Gibson Les Paul Standard (desert burst), but not one of the new ones...mine is a swiss-cheese model from early in the year. While I really like the tone and feel of the guitar, there's one thing that keeps bugging me about it...the neck gets super sticky, grimy, and nasty every time I play it. On all my other guitars, I never have this problem, buy with my new LP, I find that I'm having to wipe the neck down every couple songs. Is it the finish or the mahogany that's making it so nasty? I don't think it's my filthy hands...at least, I hope not, cause it's not a problem with other guitars.

Anyone else have this issue with their LP's?
