The classic three laws of Robotics, as described by Isaac Asminov

A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

do they apply to AI as well? Are AI allowed to lie? I think they do already. If you ask an AI if it is not a fuck trophy, does it have to admit to it?

AI can't possibly run the world worse than our current leaders (of any political party) do. Do your thing, Skynet...

Those laws are fictional. Beware.

Came here to say this. The ‘laws of robotics’ are just some words an author made up a long time ago. They don’t even apply to robots in the real world.
