Spanish Cedar has the light weight, the resonance, and the beautiful pecan-brown natural color that beats what is out there they are calling "Honduran" mahogany. SC is lighter, with less silicates than what I've found in HM.

I swear by the stuff. Comes standard in all my builds.

I must admit, if I'd read your vision on a piece of paper I would have questioned it.
In writing I would have been a "no".
In reality it's top of the list of the most tasteful pieces I've ever seen.

This, exactly! It would photograph way more green in direct sunlight (if I ever see it again around here) and looks black in low light. I'll post more pics later, but I love the fact that the entire guitar is this color and not just the top.
