it just keeps coming today...
Why buy new if you can pay more for a used one with potentially unknown issues?

Show me a dealer that won't give me 10% off a new $3K 335, where I get warranty and free shipping.

Ian's Shop in Riverside?

Keep in mind that one of the two locations Gilligan considered as the setting for Breaking Bad was Riverside.

Oops... you fat-fingered an extra zero into that price tag...

This has been listed for a while on CL. I don’t know whether to laugh or feel sorry for the guy. Holding out for three bucks?

They sell new for $8

I'm in the camp of feeling sorry for him if $3 is actually worth the time and hassle of listing on CL.

I won't even take the trouble to go to Kohl's for an Amazon return less than $20.

Some of these delusional sellers might no be as delusional as they may at first seem. Have you shopped for a new guitar lately? Many models are out of stock, and nobody knows when they will be in stock. I’ve heard that prices o good used guitars are through the roof because demand has increased due to the scarcity of new ones.

You think those listings are delusional?

He has over $2500 into that guitar though!!!!

Gibson pickups $200, Plastics $40. Strings $8, turners $50. Adds up to $2500 in upgrades at least.

Now the price on that Ovation is truly delusional! I have heard that Ovations are out of favor with many acoustic players.

Were there any upgrades? It seems like he just replaced th estock parts with identical new parts, which is 100% not of interest to a buyer.

Let's give that price the drama that it deserves..

FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE DOLLARS..

(and a hundred duckets shipping, of course.)

The man is out of his mind.

If the man took a sharpie pen and wrote ("anything helps, god bless") on it and stood on the corner of a freeway ramp, he'd get ten times that price in a matter of minutes..
