There's a strip joint right next to where I work. I noticed they have "Taco Tuesday" advertised on their board along with "$10 lap dances." Coincidence?

Ever been to taco bell? :laugh2:

In my town (the location of the first, original Del Taco, BTW), a Taco Bell opened a few weeks ago.

So there was a wrap-around line all damn day for quite a few days.

Then it dropped off to merely "brisk" business.

Now it's a damn ghost-town. there might as well be tumbleweeds rolling through. Not a soul to be found.

My refrigerator experience shows that what is "beyond meat" is actually just "rotten meat."

i refer to those items as science experiments.....when they start moving i consider myself a genius since i brought them back to life...

Beyond burgers are OK...

Impossible burgers are freakishly accurate (they even bleed)

Now a days I don't touch all that fake meat stuff... it's poison.

"Impossible Burger".. What does that look like?

Speaker: "what can I get started for you today?"

Me: "I'd like an Impossible Burger, please.."

Speaker: "well Sir, that would be impossible.."

Me: "You can't make me one?"

Speaker: "No, sir. We don't have the means or the materials to get that done".

I question what Del Taco meat is, precisely. I didn't see anywhere the usage of the term "beef".

Wait a sec there, Bear..

There's an "Impossible" burger?

It’s a weird name for a new scientific veggie burger. Scientists (possibly Russian under contract from a certain small country) isolated the flavonoid profile of ground beef and replicated it using vegetables.

They also developed a vegetarian patty that very closely resembles the texture of grilled ground beef using more science.

The result is a veggie burger that tastes like a B grade beef burger.

They’re not bad, but they’re expensive and not quite as good. I’m not racist against food so I’ll eat a veggie burger if that’s what’s on the table, that said I’d actually prefer a black been and beet veggie patty if I’m not getting meat.

Those aren’t trying to pull off some kind of elaborate flavor scam, they don’t “taste like” a burger, but they’re still good.

So, you're saying it's the Russians?

Where the hell is Zoltar? We got us a full-blown Russian meat conspiracy.
