Big, huge banner out front. Announcing "Beyond" Meat.

What the hell is that?

And is it way, way beyond meat, or is it just a little bit past meat?

Has meat at Del Taco passed to the great beyond? Is it the other side of meat?

Do I need to consult a psychic to eat meat from the beyond?

I was okay with meat. I don't know if I'm ready to venture beyond meat.

All very lofty and mystical. I'm not down with mystical meat, I don't think.

I’ve had a beyond burger. Bought it at the grocery store and grilled it up.

It was pretty good. It ain’t meat but it’s not so bad as a substitute on occasion.

Nah, it was good but crazy expensive. And not as good as meat. But i’ll try almost anything once.

But it never is, is it? Nope.

If you want a burger, then just get a damn burger. If you want a steak, then get a friggin' steak.

Don't bother with "steak-like substance".
