This would have been better 10 years ago, but nice to see Dave get some recognition. I agree with Mal on Rust in Peace - Holy Wars - god what a riff that is!!!

that whole album has amazing riffs.

Holy Wars, Tornado of Souls, Polaris, Lucretia, Take No Prisoners,..... so many killer riffs. He's the ultimate riff-master/rhythm player. And I love that his solos are just chaotic. They have that Slayer'esque "Out of control" vibe,.. but they're in key and sound a lot better than Slayer.

I love these riffs...

The dude can groove in F# better than anyone (imo)
