Is there a web site or a list for dating Mesa Boogie amps? I recall seeing such site at some point, but can't find it at the moment.

I need to determine manufacturing date for a Mesa Boogie Mark V with serial number in 11,000 range.

Thank you!

Just call or email Mesa and ask. They'll tell you.

I saw that, unfortunately it's of little help.

While searching for clues I found this method (https://ourpastimes.com/minesweeper.html):
1) Divide the serial number of the Mesa Boogie amp by 1,000. Ignore the remainder after dividing the serial number. This is the estimated number of years the amp was made after the Mark was introduced. In my case 11,000/1000 = 11 years
2) Add the number from Step 1 to 2009 for a “Mark V” amp to get the production year estimate. 2009 + 11 = 2020

It looks the amp in question was made in 2020.

Just email or call Mesa, they get back to you very quickly. In fact Fender and Gibson usually get back to me in only a few days also.
