Most any local machinist can do this. All you need to do is give them a dimensioned cad drawing and and away they go. Typical rate around here is about 60 USD/hr, and if you give them a good CAD drawing, they could probably CNC two in less than an hour. You could also try to make your own, a drill press, jig saw with metal cutting blade and files/sandpaper are all that are really needed.
I could be wrong.. but I believe he stated in his thread that he was not intending to do any metal work on his CNC.
it's only my personal opinion.. but his design of CNC machine is not best suited to Metal work anyway.
you will get the best results using a "Milling/Machining Center" styled machine, for any metal work.
Find a shop with a Haas, Fadal, Mazak, or some other machine along those lines rather than a "panel router" style.
of course all this is going to depend on what type of material you wish to use as well. Some small Panel routers can do aluminum just fine and even soft brass. though it can load those style machines to it's limits. beyond that. a Milling center can handle hard brass up to carbon steel and even titanium if your that serious.
All this info may seem like overkill.. but I wish someone had told me all this when I was looking to do custom metal work. it would have saved me a lot of wasted time and money.
